Title

Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute the Second Amendment to the Administration and Funding Agreement for the City of Round Rock Economic Development Program with the Round Rock Chamber of Commerce and the Round Rock Transportation and Economic Development Corporation.

Body

On September 22, 2016 the first amendment of this agreement was approved and signed.  It has become necessary to extend the agreement again from December 31, 2016 to January 31, 2017.  Staff anticipates the new agreement will be done before this second extension expires on January 31st.

Recommended Action

Staff recommends approval.
