Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendment to the Construction Manager at Risk Standard Form of Agreement between the City and Braun & Butler Construction, Inc. for the Griffith Remodel and Paseo Project.

The Round Rock City Council previously approved a Construction Manager at Risk agreement with Braun and Butler Construction, Inc for the delivery of the Griffith Remodel and Paseo Project. This amendment is for a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the construction of the project. As part of the Construction Manager at Risk delivery method, Braun and Butler is at risk to deliver the project for $15,031,728.00 and substantially complete the project by October 6, 2025. The project will include renovations to the Griffth Building to construction a new Art Gallery, Arts Office area, Convention and Visitors Bureau, CVB office area, Chamber of Commerce meeting room, COC office area, building lobby, restrooms, support spaces, and a new Paseo connection Round Rock Public Library with Prete Plaza.
Cost: $15,031,728.00
