This project provides right turn lanes to assist with congestion on Chisholm Trail Road at Old Settler's Boulevard.
This Change Order No. 1: Provides for the following services throughout the job:
- Relocation of a wastewater clean out at Regions Bank
- Upgrade of conduit crossing to a bore
- Additional conduit due to a quantity error
- An unforeseen waterline relocation
- Additional trench drain necessary to keep the ADA pathway from ponding
- Conduit and pull box relocation.
The Original contract was $628,309.90. This Change Order amount of $101,929.69 brings the total contract amount to $730,239.59.
