Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Patterson Equipment Company for the purchase of sewer inspection equipment parts and repair.

Subsite is the wastewater and closed-circuit television (CCTV) equipment that we use in our camera vans. Patterson Equipment is the licensed vendor in Texas for Subsite CCTV equipment that we use to inspect the wastewater collection lines, interceptors, and manholes in the City of Round Rock. Since this equipment is considered specialty equipment, we have to go through Patterson Equipment to purchase new parts or send our equipment in for repairs if needed.
This agreement with Patterson Equipment is for five years for a not-to-exceed amount of $250,000.
Cost: $250,000.00
