Body

For the Brushy Creek Regional Utility Authority (BCRUA) Phase 2 Deep Water Intake Project, the City of Round Rock is assisting in the acquisition of electrical easements behalf of BCRUA. The electrical easements will be used to power the BCRUA Phase 2 raw water delivery project.

The required electrical easement is approximately 0.361 acres on property owned by 18245 FM 1431, LLC and Parks for the Win, LLC. This electric utility easement will be used as part of the power supply for the BCRUA raw water pump station. The proposed purchase price is $102,252 which is equal to the appraised value for this acquisition. The City of Round Rock’s share of the easement cost is 28.19% which is equal to $28,824.84.
