This item is a “Software as a Service” or “SaaS” agreement with Tyler Technologies for the hosting, licensing and use of Tyler Munis ERP system.
This will be the second contract renewal for the Tyler Munis ERP since the original 7-year agreement signed in 2012. The Tyler Munis software platform provides our Financial, Human Resources, Payroll and Utility Billing systems.
This is a three-year agreement not to exceed $1,371,034.86.
Year 1: $434,904.00
Year 2: $456,649.20
Year 3: $479,481.66
The source of funding for this contract will be a split between the IT operating budget and Utility fund.
