This agreement is to establish a contract with Keilers Holdings Inc. d/b/a "Cy-Fair Tire" for the automobile tires and repair services.
The RFP solicitation was advertised, a total of 5 vendors responses were received. It has been determined that Keilers Holdings Inc., Youngblood Automotive and TC Tire offer the best value to the City.
60 month agreement, $500,000 per year. Between the three vendors.
Cost: $2,500,000.00
