Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to issue a purchase order to Associated Supply Company, Inc. for the purchase of tractors.

With this resolution, General Services will establish a one-time purchase with Associated Supply Company, Inc., for three (3) two (2) Farmall 75C tractors for use in support of City Operations. These tractors will replace existing tractors assigned to the Stormwater Operations Department. This purchase is made within the terms and specifications of Sourcewell contract # 082923-CNH.
They will replace asset #’s:
140037, a 2014 with 1,836 hrs.
150053, a 2015 with 1,501 hrs.
These units are used for mowing City's stormwater easements, detention ponds, ditches and large water quality. These units are being replaced due to maintenance and repair costs.
Cost: $131,759.06
