Title

Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Guaranteed Price Amendment to the Construction Manager at Risk Standard Form of Agreement between the City and SpawGlass Contractors, Inc. for the Old Settlers Buildout Project - Harrell Parkway (Package 3A.2).

Body

The 3A.2 Package phase of Harrell Parkway is the rest of the road, minus the vehicular bridge. Construction will consist of construction of Harrell Parkway north of Aten Loop to Old Settlers Blvd. and Harrell Parkway South of Whitlow Way to US Highway 79. The bridge over Chandler Branch, still under design, will be a separate GMP. This phase will require the road to be re-built, while maintaining public access via pedestrians and vehicles for the Dell Diamond, Old Setters Association, and Old Settlers Park patrons.

Cost: $8,477,199.00
