Title
Consider public testimony regarding, and an ordinance rezoning 71.88 acres out of the Henry Millard Survey, Abstract No. 452 from District PUD (Planned Unit Development) No. 149 to District SF-3 (Single-Family - Mixed Lot). (First Reading)*
Body
HISTORY:
The subject property was annexed and zoned to Planned Unit Development (PUD) #149, also called Verona, on May 11, 2023, to accommodate development of attached residential townhouses on fee simple lots. Traffic, Access and Roads: This property has access to public right-of-way via two existing road stubs: Toscano Trace to the west and Fisciano Lane to the north. Additional fire and/or access locations may be required and would be determined at time of subdivision improvement permit and/or platting. The project will be subject to the city's roadway impact fee.
