Title

Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Professional Consulting Services Agreement with RVi Planning + Landscape Architecture related to the Trails Master Plan Update 2025 Project.

Body

This contract allows RVi Planning + Landscape Architecture to assist in the completion of a Trails Master Plan update.  The Trails Master plan was originally completed in 2009 as part of the Game Plan 2020 Master Plan and was informally updated in 2014.  It is time for a formal update to the plan including data collection and analysis of new developments, trail corridors, land acquisitions, and community feedback, etc.  The consultant will review the data and update the trail master plan goals and visions, while identifying trail corridors and vital trail connections.  They will do cursory reviews of regulatory compliance and identify possible pitfalls to the trail network plan.  Finally, they will identify implementation strategies, funding opportunities, roles and responsibilities before completing a final plan that can be shared with the public.

Cost: $149,985.00
