Consider a resolution amending the officers and employees of the City authorized to perform transactions with TexPool.

The City has accounts with TexPool, a local government investment pool.  Because TexPool has the unique standing of being operated as a quasi-state agency backed pool, changes in investment officers require council approval.  This resolution is to update the employees who can perform transactions on these TexPool accounts for the new department Chief Financial Officer.

Kevin Klosterboer was hired as CFO of the Finance Department in February 2025.

Staff recommends approval.
