This item authorizes a three-year (3) contract renewal with Bound Tree Medical, LLC for the purchase of emergency medical supplies, equipment, and related products through BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing Contract No. 804-26. The agreement will allow the Fire Department to procure necessary medical supplies and equipment as needed to support emergency medical response, maintain operational readiness, and ensure appropriate inventory levels for frontline personnel and apparatus. The agreement will remain in effect through May 31, 2029, with a total contract amount not to exceed $400,000.
Term information: 3 Years; BuyBoard contract expiration date of May 31, 2029.
Cost: $400,000.00
