Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Change Order No. 1 to the Old Settlers Buildout Project (Lakeview). Change Order No 1 to the Lakeview Guaranteed Maximum Price is for requested changes. Work included revisions to the pavilion ramp for ADA clearances and rework of electrical pedestals. Change Order No.1 also revises the contractual substantial date to October 30, 2025.
