The majority of the investment is focused on increasing power distribution and cooling capacity across lab and data center environments to support development activities. These enhancements will help ensure Dell remains competitive in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions while supporting future innovation and scalability. To support workplace readiness, Dell is investing in RTO initiatives which includes procurement of new furniture and workstations to modernize office spaces, resulting in a more collaborative and productive environment for employees. The capital investment timeline for the planned expenditure is outlined below:
Investment Description Project Cost
Data Center & AI Infrastructure $5,600,000
RTO Equipment $1,400,000
Total $7,000,000
