This is a Engineering Services Agreement with Volkert Engineering for Sidewalk and ADA improvements along E. Main St., Cooke St., and Circle Dr. Includes approximately 6,700 LF of proposed 5’ (3’ min.) sidewalk.
Phase 1 will look at the feasibility of the sidewalk and the locations as well as ADA improvements. This is the schematic stage of the project. The cost for this portion of the project is $18,050.00.
Phase 2 will encompass full PS&E plans, bid phase services, and some construction management. This Phase 2 portion will cost $95,220.00. The total for this agreement will be $113,270.00.
