Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Term Renewal Agreement No. 2 with Arnold Oil Company of Austin, L.P. for the purchase of original equipment manufacturer parts for City vehicles.

The initial term of the Agreement was for sixty (60) months with two (2) allowable successive twelve (12) month renewal periods. The City desire to extend the term of the Agreement for the last of two (2) allowable consecutive twelve (12) month renewal term. Vehicle Shop purchases Chevrolet parts for mostly the Police Department Tahoe's.
