The dual-award contract was established through the RFP process, with Perez Construction LLC selected as providing the best value to the City for masonry services. Perez Construction was selected based on its qualifications, experience, and ability to meet the City's masonry service needs. The City has utilized Perez Construction for Masonry needs for approximately 5 years. The contract has a term of 60 months, with expenditures not to exceed $200,000 annually.
