VPDF Sauls Ranch LLC has requested annexation of the subject tract into the City of Round Rock. The 42.54 acre property is located in the City's extraterritorial jurisdiction and is subject to a development agreement executed by the city and the owner in October 2022, in which the developer was permitted to begin development while in the ETJ and must request annexation prior to conveying any new homes to end users. All available city services will be provided. The area meets the contiguity requirements pursuant to Texas Local Government Code.
