Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Out-of-City Water Service Agreement with Jim Boles and Monti Boles.

This Out-of-City Water Service Agreement is between the City of Round Rock and Jim and Monti Boles (Customer) for their single-family residence located at 2201 Hairy Man Road in Round Rock. This property is located within the Round Rock extraterritorial jurisdiction, but not currently located in the City limits of Round Rock.The Customer will be required to install a private water service line to their property, purchase a 5/8-inch water meter, and pay a one-time water connection impact fee of $4,234 prior to connecting to the City’s water system. In addition, out-of-city water rates are twice the in-City retail rates. The Customer also agrees that in the event the property becomes contiguous with the City limits of Round Rock, the Customer shall immediately apply for annexation into the City. The term of this Agreement is for 20 years from the date of execution of the agreement.
