Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Out-of-City Water Service Agreement with Whittlesey Real Estate Holdings LLC.

Whittlesey Real Estate Holdings LLC. is requesting water service for 3511 Greenlawn Boulevard for their property that is located outside the City limits, but within the City’s extra-territorial jurisdiction. Whittlesey has already installed a required 8-inch waterline along the south side of Greenlawn Boulevard that is connected to the City's water system. In addition, the customer will be required to purchase a 2-inch domestic water meter and pay a Water Impact Fee in the amount of $33,872 for eight living unit equivalents. Whittlesey will be billed based on the irrigation rate structure as established by ordinance.
