Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Quantity Adjustment/Change Order No. 1 with Texas Pride Utilities, LLC for the Cycle 3 - Basins 4 & 5 Wastewater Main Rehabilitation Project.
Body
The City of Round Rock must evaluate the wastewater system inside the Edwards Aquifer recharge zone every five years to comply with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality requirements. Additionally, this quantity adjustment corrects a quantity error in the bid documents for 6-inch to 8-inch pipe bursting that was identified during construction.
