Consider a resolution approving the action of the Round Rock Transportation and Economic Development Corporation in amending the Transportation Capital Improvement Program (TCIP).
Body
This amendment to the Transportation Capital Improvement Program (TCIP) includes a budget adjustment and determining the projects listed in the TCIP meet the requirements for a project pursuant to the Local Government Code. The primary objective of this amendment is to increase or add additional funding for multiple projects. The items included in the amendment are the following:
1) Determine that two projects listed meet the requirements for a project pursuant to the Local Government Code and establish budgets for these two new projects. Proposed budget for the following projects:
a) Add budget for new project Harrell Parkway by $34,500,000 for all project costs.
b) Add budget for new project Wyoming Springs (Old Settlers to 1431) by $2,000,000 for Right-of-Way acquisitions. This is a Williamson County partnered project.
2) Increase budget for the following project:
a) Increase the budget for Eagles Nest (Chisholm Trail to Cypress) by $500,000 for Engineering services.
This amendment to the TCIP budget results in an additional programming of Type B $37,000,000.
