With this agreement, General Services will establish a contract between the City of Round Rock and Coupal-Prater, LLC d/b/a “United Ag & Turf“ for the purchase of agricultural equipment, repair parts and services used in the acquisition, maintenance and repair of City owned vehicles. This agreement is written in agreement with the terms and specifications of Request For Proposal (RFP) 25-020REBID. United Ag & Turf was selected as the best value to the city on this competitively bid RFP.
This 60 month agreement will establish an authorized source for the City of Round Rock to purchase a wide variety of Agricultural equipment, parts and related repair services.
Cost: $625,000.00 ($125,000 per year)
