The City of Round Rock establishes the following policy concerning the issue and management of debt. This debt policy, as presented to City Council and the citizens, was established by the City of Round Rock Finance Department to improve the quality of decisions in relation to the City's financing activities, provide a comprehensive view of the City's long-term debt picture and make it easier for decision-makers to understand issues concerning debt issuance and management.
Recommended Action
Staff recommends approval.
