This supplemental #1 request is for the engineering design to add a connection from Kenney Fort Blvd to Harrell Pkwy and reconstruct Sports Capital Crossing as well as add parking lots and multipurpose fields for a more efficient plan development and construction timeline.
The initial contract on the 6/22/23 council meeting was to provide a 30% design for the reconstruction of Harrell Parkway to a 2-lane rural roadway section with selected left turn lane locations including a low water crossing at McNutt Creek and the separation of pedestrians and traffic at several locations by use of either an elevated roadway or elevated sidewalk.
Initial contract: $654,760.00.
Supplemental request #1: $101,343.57
