Consider a resolution amending the employees of the City authorized to perform transactions with TexPool.
The City has accounts with TexPool, a local government investment pool. Because TexPool has the unique standing of being operated as a quasi-state agency backed pool, changes in investment officers require council approval. This resolution is to update the employees who can perform transactions on these TexPool accounts.
Tam Tran, Senior Accountant, is responsible for investment transactions, and Matt Foust, Controller, is responsible for investment decisions and oversight.
Staff recommends approval.
