This agreement will amend the existing agreement that was executed on March 4, 2022 with URE Consulting Group, LLC, who provides custom written examinations and assessment centers for the City’s Police and Fire Departments. The purpose of this supplemental agreement is solely to increase the total contract amount. The original agreement authorized expenditures up to $49,000, and a prior Supplemental Agreement increased that amount by $51,000, bringing the total to $100,000. This new Supplemental Agreement adds an additional $15,000, resulting in a new not-to-exceed contract amount of $115,000 for the entire term.
No other terms, conditions, or service requirements of the original agreement have changed. All other provisions remain fully in effect.
