This is a Supplemental Engagement Letter for the services of construction atttorney Karly Houchin to continue to assist with litigation related to the lawsuit with Argonaut Insurance Company - the surety for the Heritage Trail West Project. This Supplemental Engagement Letter is for a NTE amount of an additional $50,000.00. We have previously executed Engagement Letters NTE $100,000.00.
