The solicitation RFP 26-001 Overhead Door, Installation, Maintenance and Repair Services was advertised in the Round Rock Leader and posted on the City’s solicitation website. Based on evaluations R&S Overhead Doors of Texas offers the best value to the City.
The City received 3 bids. After review of the submissions and the scoring committee meeting, it was determined that R&S provided the best value for the city. The City of Round Rock has previously had a contract (R-2023-386) with R&S for the same services.
5 year agreement.
Cost: $1,500,000.00 ($300,000 per year)
