Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Professional Consulting Services Agreement with Granicus, Inc. for legislative management software services and video streaming services.

This agreement is for the City's agenda management, live video streaming and storage software. This software is used to facilitate the internal approval processes for all City Council items, generate and publish City Council and board and commission agendas and minutes. It also enables us to live stream meetings and keep all past meeting videos posted online for viewing.
It provides a user friendly interface for both staff and the public and enables the public to access videos, agendas, and minutes 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The City has been using Granicus for video streaming since the mid 2000s and in 2013 added in the legislative management piece. Staff is able to streamline the agenda submittal process with this software, as well as more effectively ensure that all state laws regarding open meetings are being met.
This agreement is effective for a term of three years, from December 22, 2021 to December 21, 2024.
Cost: $110,078.17 (over 3 years)
