Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Services Agreement with the property owners of 2.19 acres of land, located northwest of the intersection of Gattis School Road and South Kenney Fort Boulevard.

 

Body

This is a request for a Municipal Services Agreement between the City of Round Rock, Texas, and the owners of the subject property, Venu Kasam and Srivias Veeravelli. The agreement is for the City to provide the site with all standard municipal services upon annexation, including water, wastewater, solid waste, and public safety.
