Title

Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement for Pass-Through Wastewater Service with Siena Municipal Utility District No. 1, Siena Municipal Utility District No. 2, and ELMURR LLC.

Body

This will authorize the Mayor to execute a Pass Through Agreement with the Siena MUD No. 1, Siena MUD No. 2, and developer ELMURR, LLC, to allow wastewater from the developer's site at 101 Limmer Loop to pass through the MUDs' wastewater collection system, for which the City and the MUDs have an existing Wholesale Wastewater Agreement, and eventually enter the city's wastewater system for treatment. This item is in tandem with the Out of City Wastewater Service Agreement for the same property that is being considered on this same meeting agenda.
