The Greenlawn Boulevard Widening project includes the construction of roadway, bridge, drainage, signal, illumination, and utility improvements along Greenlawn Boulevard from IH-35 to SH-45.
This Quantity/Adjustment/Change Order (QA/CO) No. 4 includes quantity revisions for work associated with the Greenlawn Boulevard Widening Project, along with the addition of a new traffic signal. The new signal was added through coordination with the District Development and includes the signal equipment, electrical work, pavement markings, and other improvements needed to construct the signal for a change order amount of $152,225.95.
This QA/CO No. 4 also updates several existing contract quantities to reflect the revised signal plans and other plan and field quantity changes identified as construction has progressed. These revisions include adjustments to paving, concrete, electrical, conduit, pavement marking, and other related items necessary to complete the project for a quantity adjustment of $215,724.95.
Total amount of QA/CO No. 4 is an increase of $367,950.90 which brings the new contract amount to $14,484,044.15.
