This relocation agreement with ATMOS Energy Corporation is to reimburse ATMOS for relocating existing gas mains and services along the University Blvd. corridor within their private easement approximately 790 linear feet. It is proposed to install the necessary distribution facilities to eliminate conflicts with the City's roadway improvements on University Blvd. in the amount of $193,652.33.
