Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. (K-H) has reviewed the bid documents submitted for the subject project on March 1, 2023. Four bids were received, and the amounts are listed below:
The bid package received from ATS appears to be complete and no discrepancies were noticed. It is notable that two discrepancies were identified in the bid package provided by DeNucci Constructors, LLC, where the unit price written numerically did not match the unit price spelled out. This discrepancy, however, did not impact ATS’s status as the low bidder.
K-H recommends that the City of Round Rock award this project to ATS for a total bid of $375,055.00.
