Title

Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplemental Agreement No.1 to "Agreement Between the City of Round Rock and Vulpine Resilience, PLLC for Professional Consulting Services Related to Mental Health Services."

Body

This request seeks approval to amend the existing contract with Vulpine Resilience by increasing the total funding amount by $130,000. The original agreement, which commenced in February 2025, established a five-year term to provide mental health services to first responders. The proposed amendment does not alter the duration or scope of the contract but expands funding to allow both the Fire Department and Police Department to access these critical services. If approved, the total not-to-exceed amount for the contract over its full term will be $280,000.

Cost: $280,000.00
