Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Vermeer Equipment of Texas, LLC for the purchase of ditching, trenching, debris/scrap and other utility equipment.

Body

This agreement will establish a contract between the City of Round Rock and “Vermeer Equipment of Texas LLC” for the purchase of ditching, trenching debris/scrap and utility equipment, accessories, and services used in the acquisition, maintenance and repair of City owned equipment. This agreement is written in agreement with the terms and specifications of BuyBoard Contract No. 785-25, which Vermeer Equipment of Texas LLC is an authorized vendor. This three-year agreement will establish an authorized source for the City of Round Rock to purchase a wide variety of equipment, repair parts and sublet repair services.

Cost: 600,000.00
