As part of the Construction Manager at Risk Agreement between the City of Round Rock and Hensel Phelps Construction Company, savings during the execution of construction are returned to the Owner. This resolution for approval is for the amount $1,104,720.00 to be unallocated from construction via a Change Order. The total amount of this Change Order is a result of buyout savings from Bob Bennett Phases II and IV Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
