Golf Fund
The Forest Creek Golf Club had a strong year and far exceeded revenue expectations. The operating budget was based on an estimated 41,194 rounds; however, activity was much higher at 57,336 rounds in FY 2021 resulting in both revenues and expenditures to exceed expectations. The Golf Fund exceeded budgeted revenues by $1,276,000 and expenditures by $875,000. This amendment appropriates $875,000 of the additional revenues to cover the higher expenses. The net surplus realized in FY 2021 will remain in the Golf Fund for future capital and maintenance needs.
