Body

This Supplemental Agreement will increase the total dollar amount by $ 750,000. The original agreement was for $450,000 and with this amendment the maximum grand total will not exceed One Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,200,000) for the term of this agreement, which expires March 31, 2026. This supplemental agreement is in accordance with the terms and specifications of Sourcewell Cooperative Bid No. 698-23.

Cost: $750,000.00
