The landowners accepted the City's proposed land and improvement acquisition value of $106,760 ($13.25/SF for land). The owners provided additional landscape, sign, and irrigation curative replacement estimates in the amount of $60,240 which were reviewed with, and recommended for approval by, the Transportation Director to make up the total proposed contract purchase price of $167,000.
