Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Preferred Technologies, LLC for the purchase of video surveillance systems and related services.

 

Body

Preferred Technologies, LLC is currently providing video surveillance systems and related services associated with the 2023 GO Bond and Bob Bennett Complex Expansion projects. This agreement extends their services to the City for five years and completion of those active projects. The agreement is based off a DIR cooperative purchasing with a total aggregate of $2,500,000.00 in video surveillance systems and related services expenditures.

 

Cost: $2,500,000.00
