The construction contract for the 2022 Arterial Sidewalk project was awarded to M&C Fonseca Construction Co, Inc on 3/23/23 in the amount of $567,275.00 (R-2023-058). During construction, additional work was identified to ensure the sidewalk was ADA compliant. This work included additional wall, curb, sidewalk, and driveway construction.
The change order will add $111,018.00 to the overall construction cost, bringing the total construction cost to $678,293.00.
