Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract for Engineering Services with STV, Inc. for the Westinghouse Road Eastern Water Transmission Line Project.

Preliminary Engineering services contract with STV, Inc. for a future water transmission line consisting of 10,800 linear feet of a 30-inch diameter waterline and 2,700 linear feet of a 36-inch diameter waterline. The waterline project will extend northward along A.W. Grimes Boulevard from University Boulevard and then westward along Westinghouse Road to Rabbit Hill Road. The project will improve the overall water transmission capacity from North to South on the East side of the City and will extend service to CR110 to support the rapid growth in this part of the City's water service area.
