This item would authorize the Mayor to execute a contract with HCS Inc. Commercial General Contractor for the interior restoration of the historic Stagecoach Inn. This project includes installing a new roof, HVAC, flooring, windows and doors, electrical, and other various interior improvements. When the Stagecoach Inn was originally moved, the intention was to mothball the building for near future. However, due to a recent allocation of Hotel Occupancy Tax funding and community interest, it has been decided to move forward with finishing the building.
Cost: $714,371.00
