The General Services Department will establish a contract with Ace Flooring Solutions, LLC for the Flooring Installation and Refinishing needed to support City operations.
This resolution is for an agreement between Ace Flooring Solutions, LLC and the City of Round Rock using the Buy Board Cooperative Purchasing (#736-24) program. The City of Round Rock has utilized the BuyBoard Cooperative contract with Ace Flooring Solutions, LLC since November 14, 2019. Ace Flooring Solutions, LLC has become a trusted trades partner that provides excellent value and workmanship. They recently completed the BACA hallway floors with several other flooring projects slated for FY 2025 and beyond.
This contract was established through a competitively solicited cooperative process.
Contract will expire 5/31/2027.
Cost: $600,000.00
