The City of Round Rock’s Emergency Operations Plan provides the framework in which the City of Round Rock plans and performs its emergency responsibilities during an emergency or disaster. This version of the plan is a rewrite reflecting the change to a new format and organization of emergency functions before, during, and after an incident. This plan is required by Texas Government Code Chapter 418 and is due to the Texas Division of Emergency Management every 5 years.
