Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Kaiser and Son, Inc. d/b/a "Network Auto Body and Paint Shop" for the purchase of autobody and paintless dent repair services.
Body
The City of Round Rock, General Services Department requires auto body services to repair hail and accident damage to city vehicles. The City solicited these services through Request For Proposal (RFP) #24-017. An evaluation team selected four vendors from this RFP based best value, which includes the programs of each respondent as well as their company experience, personnel and cost of services.
This agreement between the City of Round Rock, General Services Department and Network Auto Body and Paint Shop, will provide the city with a vendor to perform hail and accident auto body services on damaged city vehicles. A total of four vendors were award this service. Five year agreement.
Cost: $2,500,000.00
