Title
Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Real Estate Contract with Avery Ranch Company, Ltd., et al. for the purchase of easement interests required for the City's Reuse Waterline - Phase 6 Project.
Body
This project continues the City's efforts to provide Reuse Water to the developing northeast area of Round Rock.  This project will begin at the north end of Phase II at County Road 112 and proceed northward along the "MOKAN R.O.W." through the Avery Centre East and Nelson properties to the north side of University Boulevard.  This reuse water line is being constructed to serve the Avery North Development (Vizcaya).
The Phase II Reuse Waterline has been designed to be located within an exclusive permanent City of Round Rock Utility Easement.  This easement extends along the "MOKAN R.O.W." from County Road 112 northward to University Boulevard.  For construction purposes, an additional 50 foot Temporary Construction Easement has been included adjacent to the permanent easement.
The City has offered the Avery's, based on appraisal, the amount of this Purchase Agreement of $143,053.
